thanks " Nighty" i'm in contact with Ricky right now working out cost and freight , the real price here from dealer $680.00 , criminal is'nt it, has to be cheaper even with freight , you think maybe $680.00 it might be gold plated LOL.

my flywheels rivits became loose so i replaced it with an rz flywheel ,thinking this would be ok, after rebuilding motor had no spark, had coil cheaked out by auto electrician, said was faulty so brought new one, still no spark before going further put old flywheel back on and got spark ,pissed off with auto elect,rz flywheel ?? do i have to replace stator as well ?????

unscrewed plug caps from leads and gave them condinuity test and had no beeping ,still getting spark is this good or should i replace them ??

just rebuilt motor from top to bottom ran before i stripped it , only thing diffrent is i got a rz fly wheel on it now,everything seems to test out right ,not sure on coil testing though two books tell me diffrent ??? all week on bike need need to ride soon !!!!!

i am having the same problem right now also.rebuilt motor the only thing diffrent is i put an rz flywheel on because my old one flogged out the rivits.

i found a bit of play in my mains after finding my flywheel rivits became loose and ive been told its OK to replace the outer bearings and seals and not worry about the centres, is this true ???. also why its apart are there any other things i should look at replacing ??. doing the rings, output seal, clutch seal, I,m not a racer , and i have a stock bike, i ride weekends with some freinds.mainly dunes and beach.

my flywheel rivots have become loose and i need a new one, trying to pick up second hand one, are there any other bike motors that have a compatible wheel, or can i repair the old one ????
