  1. i run mine at 70 to one and do not have a problem. i have had the same spark plugs in mine for atleast 6 months. when i was using other oils i had to change them every ride.
  2. what is the biggest carb that you can use and still use the stock rubber boots. i want to keep the airbox on becaues i ride in thru alot of creeks and mud. i am about to to get a +4 crank and want to put a bigger carb. is there kits that i can buy that would let me keep my stock airbox. i was thinking about putting on a keline 30 or 33 not sure witch. thanks for you help
  3. i tried to get insurance on my banshee when i got it thru state farm and they quoted me at $3,500 a year!!!!! i told then after paying that for 2 yrs i could get a new bike. they said because it is a racing 4 wheeler and that it was full coverage and covered me if i got in a wreck. i tried just to get theif on it and they would not just do theif. i think i am going to look in to trying to get it again.
  4. this is true unless you are in a jeep or a liciend buggy dont go. i had a buddy just went there and they towed everything in. truck, trailor, 2 4 wheelers, and a dunebuggy and they hold it till you have proof of ownership.
  5. i am going to add a +4 stroke to my shee and get some new carbs. i was wanting to know if switching to alochol gives that much more HP. i do mostly trail riding, but do some drag racing and am thinking about doign the harescrambles next yr. what size carb should i get i am thinking about 33 but not sure and what brand would be the best. does alochol require anything other mods, like higher compression or anything? do you have to rebuild more often with alochol? thanks for your help.
  6. i use motul and i mix mine 70 to 1. i have never had any problems. i just rebuilt my top end and it was clean and no damage. when i used klots at 32 to 1 i had all kinds of carbon in the intake and on the piston.
  7. i am thinking about putting in a +4 crank. i heard that you do not have to clearence the cases to put a +4 in? i do mostly woods riding. i was also thinking about puting in a stock crank with the long rods. does the +4 crank hurt your relibility? one guy told me that he has to rebuild about every 3 months and another told me he just does his top end every year. for the pistions i was going to use vitos ss problay .020 over stock. how much HP would i get with the +4 over the stock with long rods.
