I recently looked at a Banshee Forsale that had some minor problems , but before i baught it , wanted to double check and make sure its nothing major 1. The guy told me that when it is cold he has to hold a blow dryer to the black electrical box , located in the back just under the seat to warm it up and then it starts right up. 2. When it is started one head light is way brighter than the other Are these major problems can someone help me out please ????????
