  1. Thanks everybody. I guess it is worth trying. I'll put one on the list.
  2. Thanks, that's kind of what I thought when I couldn't find any info doing a search.
  3. I know this isn't what you want to hear but I had to take mine to an upholstery shop. He only charged me $15 though. Took less than 10 min. Kind of pissed me off.
  4. Is the Amplink worth buying? The adds make them sound like a must. I didn't see any info on them when I did a search, just wondering if anybody used them. thanks
  5. Its not bad after you do it a couple dozen times. Just make sure you have 2 chains, 1 for each swingarm. It's cheaper than having 2 different quads.
  6. I don't like mine in the sand. Probably just my riding style or something but I still prefer my +4 at the dunes. I use my -2 everywhere else though. I've seen some FAST bikes at LS with -2s on them and it didn't seem to slow them down any. You'll probably just have to try it and see how you like it. thanks
  7. Just sent Gary an E-Mail. thanks for your help
  8. The PEPs are set up for a big rider, like me. I was thinking about going with Quicksands A-Arms. I've heard good things about them and their more affordable than LSRs and some others. thanks
  9. If I switch to some +2 +1 A-Arms do I need to buy new shocks for that set up? I currently run triple rate PEPs with the stock A-Arms. thanks
  10. What kind of aftermarket suspension? How recently has the top end been done?
  11. I'm up in KC. I'll shoot ya an e-mail next time we head out. I should have my bike back together this weekend. Had to switch swingarms, the -2 just didn't like the sand the way the + 4 does. We probably won't be going to Deepwater for a month, depends on if anything breaks at Little Sahara and what the weather does after that. sean
  12. We ride there alot when it's not to muddy. It's a pretty cool place to ride, only about an hour away. I like Finger Lakes better but most of the guys we ride with like Deepwater.
  13. I've been lurking around here for quite a while but didn't want to join until I had a shee. Well I have 1 know and love it. Just got back from Little Sahara and had a blast but learned that the stock shocks suck. What do you guys recomend for aftermarket shocks? My shee has a +4 swingarm and stock a arms. I mostly ride in the dunes but will be trail riding some. thanks in advance for your help
