i have never rebuit the motor

i finally got to ride for a couple of hours today and shee felt GREAT it seems easer to pull wheelys and it feels like it has more power all around it also didnt seem to bogg as much when i was going slow or in the wrong gear .i am most definitly a novice rider and dont know a hell of a lot about 2 strokes but it seems the the added power made jumping at lower rpms easer too.anyway i am totaly happy with my first upgrade. well worth the money i my opinion.

I did a compression test today and the right side was at 135 and the left was at 140. is this difference a big deal? also i did the test when the shee was cold would there be a diffrence if it was warmed up first?

did it pee from the fuel line or the overflow?

floats were at 20mm reset to 22mm and it still leaks

i have taken off the bowl and sprayed out the needle valves n sht i have put a dry fuel line on the fuel inlet and blown on it will i flip the carbs over (one at a time of course) and it cuts off the flow of air. i figure if it cuts off air it should stop fuel. right? so from the searches i did i can only guess its the float hieght. it seems strang to me that both floats would go out of adjustment at the same time anyway my dog ate my service manual so i dont know the correct float hieght. when i did a search i found 2 different answers and i only need 1 any help would be great! it seems that im not the only one with this problem Thanks

i only installed the head because it was late, cold and rainy the night it came, but i did get a chance to run it threw my field the next day. it was hard to tell if there was any difference because it was very wet and i was just spinning tires and f'n up my field. talk about a jones, i felt like a crack head with a pocket full of rock and no pipe! i got the plain head w/ 21cc domes. its nice and shiney ill try to post some pics but im not too good w computers im lucky i can print pics from my camera ill let you know what i think about the head after my ground dries up some more the new head did fix my coolent leak which is why i bought the head to begin with so i am happy

ok i understand i am wrong about what hose is what can you tell me what the top one is for? Thanx

I KNOW NEXT TO NOTHING ABOUT CARBS, but i thought each carb had two tubes one for draining the bowl, and the other is an over flow for the bowl am i correct in my thinking and if so how is it comming out of the drain
-
I drained both of my carb bowl to work on my shee when i put it back together i noiced i was leaking gas from the drain hoses i tried to tighten the drain screws a little more but it still leaked i then bought new drian screws and replaced the old thinking i had f'd up the old ones this seems to have fixed one carb but not the other can anyone help me with this? i have been told it mite be my float but it does not leak from the upper hose only the lower THANX
-
i was cleanig my shee when i noticed a pool of coolent around one of the nuts on the head stud, so i kept an eye on it and it seems to leak after i shut it down i dont know of a good machine shop that works on shees so i am having my brother check and see if the head is warped. my brother is a machinist. i am thinking about letting him mill the head. does anyone know how much i can take off with out making other changes Thanx
-
i thought that if the float was stuck it would leak out of the upper hose the hose that the fuel is coming from is the one the bowl is drained through but i guess its not that hard to look thanx
