  1. I got the ball out by shooting it with a special gun that is used to shoot nails into cement walls . I then was able to pull the ball out with a magnet. The rod that was behind it also was stuck, I went to where the push lever opening is ( On top of the case) and I grinded the end of it down with a dremel (thanks runsstrong for the idea.) Then I was able to pull it out with a magnet. Hope this helps if this happens to any body ealse on hear.
  2. ok i got the push lever out, its got some bad wear on it so im gonna replace it, I can see the push rod and im able to move it back and forth a lil.Im gonna get the dremel out now. thanks everyone for all the help so fare.
  3. I tried turning it over, I put some extra oil down the shaft also to try to make it slide but it just wont go. I have a magnet that can pull it, but its not powerfull enough to pull it all the way threw.
  4. The ball and the pushrod in my cluch got stuck together, I got the ball out but I cant get the push the rod out, its not stuck on anything and it moves when i press against it with a screwdriver. I cant get grab it, how do you remove it ? Thanks, Mike
  5. I was riding today and this is what happened. The ball inside the clutch got melted to the push rod, unless its suppose to look like this. Is the push rod suppose to slide out with the ball? Is there any possible way I could fix this without takeing the case apart? thanks
  6. I wanna try to run the lowest dome size, but i have a stock crank and its not trued and welded. whats the lowest u think i could go?
  7. Ya thats what I was thinking but I wasnt sure. I plan to use 107 octane with 40:1 mix or maybe 32:1 not sure yet.
  8. Do u have to rejet when u switch domes on a pro design cool head ? for example 21cc to 19cc, and whats the most compression a stock crank can handle?, thanks

  11. I got a Durablue eliminator axle, and Im trying to put the sproket hub on but it wont go past the first spline, does the sproket hub have to be pressed on ? and is it suppose to slide past the first spline easy?

When I start my banshee, the left side of the engine ( where the carb has the choke valve) is spiting out white smoke and alot of unburned gas, the right side of the engine seems to be doing good. I have pro circuit pipes, k and n clamp on air filters,v-force reeds,milled head .35 over, mild port n polish. Im at sea level, and the average temperture right now is about 80 degree's F. Im using 340 main jets with 30 pilot jets. What should I do to get my engine running right? I think it might be an electrical problem,but im not sure. Should I drop the pilot jets back down to 25?

  19. I ride trails, and sand. I mostly stay in the mid range- top end area while riding. I just wanted to make sure I wasnt goona buy something thats gonna do worse, thanks for all the info

How much faster is a banshee with Pro circut Pipes,v-force reeds,Head mod(157psi),Bored 27mm Carbs,+4 Hot Rod stroker, Degree key +7,Lighten Flywheel,andVitos Power Pistons vs a banshee with Pro circut pipes,v-force reeds,.35" shaved head,Polished intake ports, dual k and n clamp on air filters,Vitos jet kit, stock 26mm carbs,and a boost bottle im Assuming that the stroker banshee is faster, what other mods can I do to become faster, thanks
