  1. MUST SALE! 1998 Yamaha Banshee, Pennsylvania title, $3500.00, no trades. This is by far one of the nicest banshees around. It was purchased brand new by one of my friends in 1998 and it was sold to me in 2003. He is very particular about his possessions, as am I, so I knew I was getting a well taken care of Banshee. I have taken on a new hobby in the last three years plus I recently bought a house and don't have the time to ride and it is taking up space in the garage. Although it makes a great garage ornament, I feel someone else can receive all the great compliments I have gotten over the years. The motor has never been molested. Only bolt on modifications have been done. Runs just like a new Banshee. Gear oil is changed every year, even though it runs less than 10 hours in the last two years. Runs great, never had any problems. Always starts on the first kick. It has always been stored on a frame stand in a heated garage, never ridden during winter months. ***The tires are dirt track tires, run great on the roads, where it has been mostly ridden in the past few years. Tubes were never installed, so they lose air after 2-3 days. Feel free to come see it for yourself. Call 717-460-8222 for questions or feel free to email me with questions or requests for close up pictures. Here is a list of modifications. 4. For Sale: 1998 Yamaha Banshee $4899, stock motor, never molested. I still can't believe I am doing this, but I need the money for a down payment on a house. This is by far one of the nicest banshees around. It was purchased brand new by one of my friends in 98 and it was sold to me in 2002 since he moved to DC. I now live in Harrisburg, PA and don't have the time to ride or space to store it. The quad is stored at my mother's house in Ashville, PA 16613 (@ 10 miles north of Altoona, PA). 5. I have a set of Keihin PWK 35's and and Pro Design Intake that I'm looking to sell, $300 + shipping. The above is in excellent condition. Click here for pics The carbs have 175 main jets and 55 pilot jets.
  6. Chrome heel guards are sold! The carbs, intake, and filters/outerwears will be going on eBay this week.
  7. These carbs were on the bike when I bought it. I recently bought PWK 28, new Pro Design Intake, V3's, and new filters. I have no use for the other set-up so it is for sale. I also bought AC Pro pegs so I'm selling my chrome heel guards. Email for more pics. 2 Keihin PWK 35s: 175 mains, 55 pilots $250 Pro Design Intake $130 K&N Filters + Outerwears $65 Chrome Heel guards (stock) $50 I will let these set on the board for a few days, if not sold, they will go on eBay. I've sold items on www.camaroz28.com and on eBay (no negative feedback). I prefer Paypal. Send email to: [email protected]
  8. The stock jetting was 140 mains and 48 pilots. I picked up 160 mains this weekend, but didn't get to ride it. For the previous post, I did not use the stock cable, I have a motion pro twist throttle.
  9. I just got my Banshee back out for spring. Here is a list of mods so far: 28 PWK's Pro Design intake V3's T5's K&N filters/outerwears I took it out for a test run this weekend to see what my jetting was and my plugs were white and a little burnt at the top. I parked it after that. I had a feeling that I would be running lean with this set-up. How much should I jump up on the main jets? There is a slight hesitation from the start. Should I do anything with the pilots?
  10. I have a set of 35mm pwk's, pro design intake, K&N carbs/outerwears. I'm debating on going with 28 pwk's. Let me know if you are interested. I will take some digital pics this weekend. I would like to sell everything together.
  11. 10x8 or 9x9 I plan on purchasing new rims in the spring. Is there a difference in the rim size, is one preferred over the other. I do mostly trail riding but occasionally hit the local track for the jumps.
  12. Thanks for the replies! My one friend with a 370 Long Rod is interested in buying the carbs, but I wasn't sure if it would be a smart idea to let them go. Thanks again!
