    wiseco pistons are the only way to go. if you look on ebay rebuild kits sell for about $165.00 or rockymountainatv.com for about $5.00 more. sorry I can't help you on the head.

    both banshees i rebuilt this summer did the same thing. there are 2 different sizes of axle seals, make sure the one with larger hole is on the chain side, make sure the bearings are seated. if it is still tight ride it around a little, mine loosened up in about 5 min.
