You may want to try a plug change as well, both of 'em.

I agree on the reeds, if its ran fine thru the weather changes and you just noticied a problem, I'd say a cracked reed also, although I may be wrong....did you do the jetting, how did it run after you did the pipe change and jetting, check the reeds and be sure you got the carbs cleaned and everything installed correctly. You should consider yourself lucky to have a bike that runs good in weather that cold...LOL...it takes a pull from another quad to get mine going in cold weather, but when its running, its ssssssscccccccrrrrreeeeeeaaaaaammmmmmmingggggggg.

Evil, we had a similar problem over at DTW (dodgetruckworld)......just find the guy who has it, e-mail his ass 50 times a day, get your buddies at bluetraxx or here at HQ to e-mail him or post something in reguards to that not being his bike.....if you need some help, I'm not a member at bluetraxx.com (but I will join) but will be glad to help you out......give me a PM dude, I hate ppl that do this kinda thing!

Got these lying around doing no good for my quad. Two factory headlights, one has a busted glass but still burns, the other one is perfect. Wires have been cut on both, no direct plug in on harness, I used them on my other lights. Also, I've seen some of you guys asking for front fender support brackets for the full factory style front fenders. I have both left and right and in good shape. you can do like I did when I first started going to the drag, since I had no # on my bike they handed me 2 pieces of duc tape with a #24 written on a sheet of folded up note book paper........just to piss them off, I left it up there for 3 weeks.........LOL

Holyman, it dosen't matter, I just need 2 front rims that I can mount some 21 x 7 x 10 shredders on. I have some aftermarkets on it now but I bent one terribly out of shape. About the only thing I could swap would be some graphics work. I can do like some swingarm decals, tank decals, etc..........Let me know if you are interested.

I agree, I fear the US government. Although, I do love the US, but we will continue to have the problems we have now in our government reguardless of who is in office, due to right wing political pushers. I do like my firearms and don't plan to get off them too easy when gun control takes place, its gonna happen, just a matter of when. Its way toooo many gun control right wing pigeons in the US, look at the Brady family. Remember this, people kill people, not guns. You all better wake up and realize we almost live in a communist world over here. The government has a say in just about everything you do, how fast you drive, how much money you make, how much you can legally drink and drive, where you can smoke and where you can't, where you can build your home and can't. Just look at alot of practices you use right now, in one fit,form, or fashion its controlled by the government, either local, state, or federal. I'm trippin but its the truth! I work on my 03 Dodge Ram Quad Cab when not tinkering with the shee...........another one of those racing ventures..........I love eating those Chevy SS trucks, the HD ford trucks and so on!

I did mine right were the flat part or top of the actual fender goes into the downward angle, looks good I think. One more thing you guys can use to plain out the fender after cutting them is to take a handheld wood planner (the one with the razor blades) and go over the cut off areas, makes them look like factory cuts! And if you save the fender, you can get some stainless stell or aluminum tabs with some good quality machine screws and reinstall them if you want to trail ride.
