  1. Oh sorry.. I mean the Yamaha RZ clutches..the ones HJR sells
  2. Is the difference between the RZ drag clutch and RZ clutch just the stronger springs with the heavy duty clutch or are there differences in the actual plates??
  3. But i already got the RZ clutch with HD springs from HJR. Will it be fine with that clutch? I have yet to get the basket though.
  4. Yes i want billet....also is the RZ yamaha clutch suitable with 3 hd springs and 3 stock springs?
  5. Hi guys I got a 4mil setup, wiseco crank, stock carbs and atock cylinders with porting for dunes and hillshoots. Is the RZ clutch with heavy duty springs, 3 and 3 stock be ok with a Redline or FAST clutch basket? I already have the clutch, just looking for a new basket and hoping that it all we be suitable for this build. Thanks for your input
  6. Oh I thought HJR had a great reputation on here.....is the problem with him only his cranks that he sold or his port work also?
  7. hi, i ran into a problem. as i was installing my new clutch, i was tightening the 6 bolts with the springs on the pressure plate. i had tightnened them first with a screwdriver until i couldnt turn anymore. them i used my 3/8 torque wrench which was set at 7.5 foot pounds, as listed in the instructions, but i still broke a bolt off, half way in the threads. it seems when i use the torque wrench, the bolts dont seem to finally stop turning, they just keep turning and dont grab so the wrench doesnt click at the specified torque setting. has anyone had this problem also. how i can make sure that the pressure plate bolts are tight , without using the torque wrench? i dont want to break another bolt off or strip a thread. thanks!
