could you go more into detail about this, I am getting ready to install mine and want to do it the right way. What would be the wrong way to install the key..

sea level. Thanks for the info, when would reeds and cages come into the picture, with some port work and bigger carbs? Also what compression is needed (dome size also) to run race gas and benifit from it.

I have OF drag pipes, dual k&n filters and a +4 deg key on my shee right now, I would like to run race gas and i was wondering wich mod would give the most power. fyi its a stock 350 jetted. Also how much sould i have to jet it for the reeds and cages.

Fired her up today for the first time in two months, it was great to ride her around again. I got the pipes and filters with 310 mains and messed with the air screws. I have not had a chance to do a full out 6th gear pull and check the plugs but shee pulls harder than before and I still have a +4 vitos key to put in.

I like riding on two wheels and then trying to pull a wheelie out of it onto one wheel.......but now I can't do that anymore cause I drag it.

Don't know if you guys remember, but a couple of weeks ago I couldn't get my shee to run. Well I was at my house today and decided to take my carbs off and put the jet kit in. Well when I took the filters off, there where the paper towels I stuffed in the carbs when they had no filters on them and just put the K&N's on and told myself to remember to take them out when I was going to run her when I got my pipes. Gawd damn I'm a dumbass.......

Shit, I have got some work to do on my motor now, 20,000 just aint cuttin it!

oh yeah, I got the motor to turn 20,000rpm with 10 tooth in the front and 5 out back, I should be able to pull 948mph in 6th with my little 20's lol Oh and if anyone knows who can make me a 1 tooth for the back, I will be able to pull off 4743mph and I might need a little push start, cause first tops out at just over 1680mph lol!

Ok, dragged her around on the street to try and pull start her and nothing. Then we tried it with the throttle wide open because I had not put any jetts in since the pipes and filter. Got her to idle @ WOT, so I will be getting some jets in the morning and trying this again. Oh and the no spark was from the throttle switch being disconeted, twisted the wires together and wa-la!

Well, messed with it tonight and there is no spark from the plugs? Any ideas? We held the spark plugs against the head bolts and kicked it over and no spark....

I got one that looks like a bow with no string, bottom is in good shape. You can have it for a dollar + shipping.

Not yet, I just wanted to start her because shee hadn't run for over a month. I wasn't planning or ridding it, just letting it run for a bit.

Here is the break down, My shee was down for almost 2 months. Put the pipes on her today with the new filters and decide to start her up because i haven't in a while. First she starts right up but only the right cylinder is firing. So I toss the old plugs for some new ones, kick her over again and shee starts up, runs for a second and then shuts off. Once more I kick her over, she runs and then dies. And that was all shee wrote. I tried for like 30 minutes, taking the plugs out and blowing the gas out of the cylinders. One thing I did notice is that the whole time she wouldn't start I could smell gas real bad. Any suggestions?

I have the CDA-7897, it is a bad ass head unit. Its plays MP3's and you can also sub divide them into folders on the cd and it will recognize the folders. And if you have an extra $250 you can buy some little box thing and the head unit can be your mobile phone. It has a send, end and all the number key like a cell phone. Also I have almost always bought Alpine, I had a Kenwood (not a bad unit) but stay away from sony, had big problems with the one I had...

My first time on a shee was when I bought her about 9 months ago. Before that I had ridden a warrior and some old ass honda one I think. I can remember when I was like 10 I wanted a banshee. Problem was I was too small to get one and my parents wanted no part of me having a four wheeler. So 13 years later I went and bought my own. I still think they are the best looking quads out there, and have the best following.
