  1. Yes it DOES extend engine life even though the hp drops after a couple of runs, to fix that just run the engine on standard gas-oil for a while the only reason you have loss of preformance is coz the oil in nitro is NOT flammable so sometimes you get it dripping out the exhaust which obstructs the flow of those (great) fumes and slows the engine down about half a tank of gas consumption should clear the oil from the pipes. It's your choice make the right one.
  2. I know a trick thet will give ur banshee extra horsepower and rpm. It doesn't require any hardware or mechanical stuff. Its hard to explain so here goes....the banshee being a two stroke AND a fuel-oil mix engine you can add nitro to it (which costs about $15 to the gallon) not any nitro though the best choice of nitro you can get is the nitro used for remote control nitro run cars or planes etc. you can get the nitro from your local hobby shop (ask for a gallon/or more of 2-cycle nitro) just mix in the nitro with your gas and oil ( no need to add extra oil because radio car nitro already has oil in it). After you mix it ( about 1 part nitro 3 parts gas and oil) just fill the banshee up and let her rip. be careful though nitro gives you banshee a small boost in rpm and a big kick in horsepower. you can use this on any other 2-stroke gas-oil ATV. by the way Nitro DOES extend engine life.
