It's Monday... and if you DIDN'T go you missed a hell of a lot of fun. It was like riding ICE dunes (insteada sand dune) on Friday and Saturday morning. We'd take off rippin thru the gears and lock up the brakes and throw some 180s and 360's it was a frickin blast. We hit some good jumps on both days. The jumps on Friday were so frozen that they didn't break down or lose any lip at all so you could hit them hundreds of times the same way everytime. Friday also was cool because we were the only people on the dunes. We hit some trails too, the trails kinda were ruff because there were frozen puddles of water, and after the first person went thru it, the puddle cracked so everyone else got wet. The other problem with the trails were frozen trees hangin over them. Several times I had to just lower my helmet and blast my my thru. Josh said at one point it looked like a rode head on into a glass or crystall window that exploded when I hit it. BigBlue I looked around for ya, but didn't see ya. If you went I hope ya had a good time bro. I totally forgot my whip so I had to buy one while I was there so it didn't have any tape on it, but I didn't see any hq flags anywhere. The roads were just wet in most places not much ice, sept between Sedan and Ark Chitty. The roads down in OK were freakin clear as could be. Saturday there were prolly 50-100 people there riding. We parked in day parking and rode with some pretty cool people from Tulsa, one guys son was on a Kodiak and actually ran my camera for me for a little while so I could jump with everyone else. They were pretty cool peeps. I will try to get some clips up and on line tonight, nothing fancy prolly no music but atleast you all will be able to see what I'm talkin about. the jager went down good and the shee was running as good as ever. can't wait till next time!

I am going to order a set this week, as soon as my check gets in the bank. I will post some pics and what I think of them after my first ride.... hopefully your not in a hurry cause it will be awhile before I get them on, since the quads not in the same town I am. (the shee is snuggled up in the heated garage at my moms) I think they look badass and I haven't heard anything bad about them.

We decided today to stay in the hotel. When we get down there and get our room number, I will call Dune_girl and have her post it. We will get there around 10-noon Friday and stay till' sometime Sunday evening since we won't have to spend an hour or two packing up the tent and stuff. Depending on how big the room is, we can probably squeeze in an air matteress or two if anyone is comming down and wants to stay with us in the room. I'll let dune_girl know how much room we have on Friday. Dick called the park and the lady said, there are some people there riding and there is some snow on the ground, So I guess, I'm out like Ledofthezep at Sandfest Talk to ya Friday Dure_girl... and Hope to see some of yas there. The Jagers on ice and the banshee's on the trailer

If you guys can make, cool, the more the marryer... if not thats cool too, there is ALWAYS next time! I know cash is short this time of year and the weather well the weather is a b*tch but it's plant shut down for the company Dick works for this weekend so it's kinda go now or don't go till next summer for him and as for me, I'd goto the dunes 365 days a year if I could lata,

I was curious how you tell if shocks are stock lengh or +2? My shee is at home in the nice warm garage, (snuggled up with some hot coco probably) And I got my new works shocks today, but they look like to me that they are stock and not +2 I can wait till I get home to hold them up to the stock ones, but wondered if anyone knew off the top of their head the lengh of stock front shocks and the lengh of +2 shocks as well. Thanks Shaun

We are leaving Friday morning. (coughs and calls in sick) We haven't decided if we are going to camp or not yet tho... We will be around and riding on Sunday for a while, prolly no later then 2 or 3PM tho, because we both have to be back and be ready to work Monday. As far as the weather... looks cold at night down in the 30s but up in the 50s during the day and almost 60 on Sunday... The more the marrier I always say, so if your thinkin about goin... get your sh8t in the truck and get down there. I'm gonna try to talk my bro into campin' it will be cheaper and the cold don't bother me till it's time to get up and outa the sleepin bag, but I'll let ya all know as soon as I know what the sleeping plan is, even if we get a hotel room, we can still partay in the camp grounds and go back to town to sleep if we need ta...

It's 200 miles from Indy, KS (not MS) Indy is in the southeast corner of KS. We go over by Sedan to Ark City, to 35 turn at Blackwell head to Alva and turn to Waynoka, 4 Hours is normal time with a trailer and gas/food/restroom stops. Looks like we are still on weather pending. I will know fo show tommarow on the weather (crosses fingers again) PS Dune girl... call in sick! and come P A R T A Y with US!

gawd... no wonder work seemed so much longer this week but seriously I head that too, I guess it happend like 10 or 15 years ago as well when that big earth quake happened, near Europe or somewhere I can't remember where? So we are now like 6 milliseconds off or some shite
