  1. Hey everybody, I am going to be doing a clutch replacement and modified shift star install. Can anyone tell me what is needed as fas as gaskets or o-rings and such. I have the OEM service manual, but you know they don't list everything. I have heard that now is a good time to change to a billet water pump. I have a 2004 Banshee with a Toomey TR-6 exhaust/jetting, a K&N (Pro Design) filter kit and an EHS airbox cover. Thanks, in advance, Alan
  2. Hey Everybody, I will be doing a clutch install and the shift star mod shortly (I did it all the time on my 90 Blaster, but so far none on the Banshee). I got the gist of the shift star mods using these instructions, and I read the OEM manual, but I was looking for any tips from the seasoned pros (like soaking the fiber disks before installing them) Or if the Clymers has a better write-up to change the clutch. Thanks for the help!!! Alan

  12. I am looking at getting a Chevy Colorado or the GMC Canyon Crew Cab Truck. Does anyone out there have one of these trucks to carry their quad? The measurments are: 57 inches wide and 61 inches long and add 18 inches for the tailgate height (about 80 inches total). I have a stock banshee. The dimensions are: 43 inches wide and 73 inches long. The specs on paper look like it will fit (with the tailgate down), But I'd hate to get the truck and find out it doesn't. I don't want to use a trailer...I have a hard time to stash the shee, none-the-less a trailer... Or if anyone has any other suggestions on a crew cab compact truck (like Toyota or Nissan?). Pictures would be great!! Thanks, Alan
