No offense but holy shit, have you ever taken that cover off? When it was down for the rebuild you probably should've lubed everything up too! Whatever is going on there, replace all of those parts in that pic, they're all pretty cheap, or better yet get a whole new thumb throttle. I wouldn't even ride a quad with the inside of a thumb throttle, including the cable looking like that.1 point
