millerbradley Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 I just split my cases to rebuild my motor. I originally thought the motor was stock but the pistons are 66.5 mm and the crank and rods say H.R. on them which made me think Hot Rods. The crank says HR 204. What does that mean? How can I find out what kind of crank and rods I have and if they are stock size. Quote
BlntdEyez Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 Im going through the same thing. I talked to hot rods today and they said they need the number on the side of the connecting rod. Mine is C.K. 158. Ill let you know what they say when Hot rods replies back to me. Quote
BlntdEyez Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 Basically Hot rods just send me an email stating: If the crank pins are welded then you have a stroker crank. Quote
SandRageShee Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 um hotrods is bs'ing you there. if it says hr204 its the new version of the stock stroke. and as for the ck 158 same thing stock stroke just a older version. Quote
