fast500#12 Posted June 16, 2005 Report Posted June 16, 2005 i run a procom enginering cdi and i really didn't notice much of a differance at all. i say replace your stock cdi with and after market one only when the stock shits out on you. and then after market is cheaper than stock and will last longer Quote
Ducman Posted June 16, 2005 Report Posted June 16, 2005 GYTR has a different ignition curce that advances timing about +3 kind of like the Dyna FS except the GYTR only has one curve and the Dyna has 4 (top end, torque, all around, and stock) They do add power and are probably slightly better than just advancing the stock ignition but advancing the stock ignition is much cheaper.
