BansheeKid15 Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 You might want to try to play around with your gearing also. If you add a tooth to the front or drop some teeth in the rear, it will make it easier to ride because you have more gear. Reguardless of the hard hit from the power band, you should advance your timing. Stock bikes usually run +4 degrees. Buy a ricky stator one off ebay for 35 bucks, youll notice a difference in performance too. Quote
Wildcardracing Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 Timing and increased compression are the two best ways to smooth out the power. Quote
bellracing2 Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 wht parts would smoothen out the powerband with out getting a port job I put the dynoport 2 into 1 pipe on it and +4 on the timing . it is now an awesome woods bike . great low end power and increadible mid range . it feels like a ported and piped 250r . the rest of my bike is BONE STOCK ! Wildcardracing Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 i think your pro-circuits will do just fine, they're a pretty good midrange pipe. Quote
