Just get a new stud, do not put loctite on it! Youll never get it out again if you do. How did you break it? You do not need to overtighten your nuts too much (20ft/lbs is the max).

Unless he dropped the cases and it broke that way.

Dont know many people that bolt on their topend before they put the cases back together  Just want to make sure hes not using those big muscles of his to overtighten the nuts. damn btw man your bike looks really sick, changed alot since the rebuild for sure..

the very front stud is longer then the other 4 so make sure you tell the dealer which stud you need.

Well he could have done what ups did and bent my head stud bolt, maybe his case it didn't bend it broke...lol I was thinking he had everything apart basically stripped and then did something....Just a thought but i'm sure his muscles did the damage...lol

Thanks man it's came a long way and almost done, all that's left is my motor and Jeff has it right now, well the bottom end i'm putting the rest together. No since in him making my override, true welding my crank and trenching cases and sending it all back in pieces mine as well install everything since he has it.
