Help me with a base setting

I am looking for a base setting for the main jet . Heres my setup I have Boysen rad valves,FMF series pipes,K&N pod filters with no airbox just prefilters. I ride at 1000 feet or less for elevation. I got 25 pilots and the needle in the middle position. Thanks

Start with 340s and do a plug chop.

With FMF pipes and Pod filters, you may have to bump your pilots up one size (to 27.5) if it runs best less than .5 turns out on the air screw.
