HAUSERSMOTORSPORTS Posted April 20, 2008 Report Posted April 20, 2008 THE BOLT THAT GOES THROUGH THE BUSHING IS FROZEN ON AND ALL I CAN GET THE BOLT TO DO IS JUST SPIN. I HAVENT BLASTED IT WITH THE IMPACT BUT IF IT DOESNT HELP WHAT WOULD BE THE EASIEST WAY TO REMOVE IT? I DOUBT I CAN HEAT IT UP. I CANT SANDBLAST THE FRAME WITH THE SHOCK STILL THERE. THANKS Quote
endofitall9 Posted April 20, 2008 Report Posted April 20, 2008 ummm WD-40 if that doesnt work get some good oven degreaser. i had a stuck swingarm bolt one time we let wd-40 soak for like 2 days and it wouldn't come out even after we beat on it with a sledge. then we got some commercial grade oven degreaser sprayed it on there let it sit for a day.. and I kid you not i touched the swingarm and the bolt slid out.....
