might be a dumb question

but during warm up wen u let it idle do the cylinders and the stock head supposed to get hot

like real hot hotter then the pipes

is that normal :blink:

they shouldn't be getting real hot while ideling...YOu should be able to put your hand on them for a few seconds atleast...one good way to check is spit on your figer and drip it on the head and if it boils off, its too hot.

it isnt that hot i could put a finger on it for a few sec but is it normal for it to be hotter then the pipes during warm up

well i can't tell you for sure i usually don't touch my pipes after i start my bike anyways but if you can put your hand on the head for a few seconds without pulling away i would say your ok on temp.
