nitroburner13 Posted March 31, 2008 Report Posted March 31, 2008 just got my mild port 370 done and got it in the bike. first of all it is hard to get started sometimes and other times it will fire right up. once i get it started it runs like a champ and the plugs look perfect but only if i keep it running with my thumb on the throttle. when i try to let it idle to break it in it will idle for about 30 seconds and die then it is a pain to get running again. i have no idea what it is at this point. i checked the spark and it has good spark every time i check it. just be be safe i swapped the coil and that didnt help then i swapped the stator and checked all the wiring and filed all the grounding points for the wiring so they were on bare metal. i still have no luck. does anyone have any ideas. im lost!!!! 98_shee Posted March 31, 2008 Report Posted March 31, 2008 sounds to me like a pilot jet or air screw issue, what do you have in it now and what is your air screw set at? Quote
