odd carbs?

ok i was looking at my 28 pwks. and i remember in a post it was said that the pwks do not have replaceable dump tubs. Therefore cannot be converted to alcy then used for gas again. my carbs do have removable dumps. or do i just ahve a odd set. lookin online i don't see the tube that mine has on kehine's webcite.

 

this part just pushes out through the bottom
