What's this worth?

There's a guy local to me whose parting his shee, he's got this motor:

" I would part it out but what kind of parts do you want or need.right now all parts have less than 2 hours on them

 

4 mill cub cylinders

4 mill,5 mill long rod hot rod crank

paul turner cool head with a couple sets of domes

billet water pump

pro design 2into1 stave IV intake with a new 38mm mikuni pwk carb

k&n large filter

direct drive clutch lockup

new dirt digger race clutch and springs

grand river see through side clutch cover

 

If your really interested make me a offer the only thing the motor needs to run is a set of pistons and a head gasket-my radiator hose blew off on one of my rings got hot.did not mess up cylinders or anything else parts to make it run are less than $100 for everything.let me know I was just thinking about putting it on ebay."

 

I can't get him to name a price on it, he just says "i've got more than $3K into it, but'll let it go way less than that".

 

What's it worth?? What would it go for on eBay?
