Banshee Mods

I have a 2000 Banshee. Only mods are toomey T5 Pipes and clamp on K & N filters. I want to get more power. Was going to add a cool head and V force reeds. I will be getting a port job was going to wait till rebuild time though. What other things should I do in the mean time to get more power and that will also work when I get porting done. I want to keep it on gas and dunable. Race gas is fine. Also whats your opinions on the 2 into 1 carb and manifold? what are its benefits and drawbacks.

if you're gonna ride mainly dunes stick with a dual carb set up. a 2 into 1 has a bit more low end and not as much top end as the duals. my philosophy on the subject is "if it has two pipes, it should have two carbs". you'll find differing opinions on this . as for mods try an adjustable timing plate and bigger carbs. (30mm or bigger,depending on future mod plans).
