Will yfz 450 shocks bolt right up

I have been wanting to upgrade the ride of the banshee and seems like this is the way yo do it. I dont jump a whole lot just mainly fast trail riding. I was wondering if there is any serious modifying to out the 450 shocks on or if the ride height will raise or lower, thanks

thanks for the link. will these shocks help me thru the woods and for the ride or only on a mx track?
