robert.b.west
The spark plug still threads in but oil slowly leaks through the threads and it does not fit as tight as the other plug any suggestions on how to fix?
bansheefreak
i would just buy a stock head... you could put helicoils in it .. but i would either get a used head or a noss head.... if it leaks oil this means it could lean out too and burn up a piston.. i would fix asap.. dajogejr
Yeah...I don't like to mess with helicoils for spark plugs, especially if the compression is gonna be higher due to being milled. For 20, you can start over and not have that monkey on your back...and get it milled again. I'm sure a good machine shop can fix you up, but you'll always be wondering...and for a few extra bucks, I know it's good "mental insurance..."
