AND THE OIL CAME GRAY IT SUPOST TO BE RED. CANT SOME ONE HELP ME? The milky color would indicate water is seeping into the oil. Water pump is the primary culprit. If you are not over filled and leaking form the breather, that may indicate a crank seal leak or case mating surface leak. Basically building pressure in the crank case. Brandon Quote
jmd0346 Posted September 22, 2007 Report Posted September 22, 2007 That color is usually from the clutch plates wearing. Quote
davidonan Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 most likely the W/P put in a high flow aluminium and replaces the seal along with the bearing and gaskets. and since you will have the cluch cover off u might as well put a clutch in it. unless urs is new. Quote
4everwantedbanshee Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 if its grey then its ur clutch...if water was leaking into ur tranny ur bike would be over heating constantly and the oil would ba a white milky color...one of the reason it probably is coming out could be one of the vents are clogged...thats what happen to mine.another reason of it being grey is from it not been changed in a long time.
