1/4 mile help?

im looking to start setting up my bike just for 1/4 mile asphalt. i am only running a 4 mil with trinity stage 3 cylinders and a stock tranny. i was wondering if anyone could tell me where to start with gearing and tires and anything else i need to know in order to pull all the way to the end. my bike has about 80 horsepower which isnt much compared to a lot of you guys. i dont have much money to spend and i cant afford an override or anythng like that. am i dreaming or is it possible to get it to run all the way to the traps? please help. thanks

how did you do with that 15 40 ? i ran a 15 40 in the 1/8th last week , new motor and new gearing for the 1/4 im gona run a 18 39
