First time @ LS

As she sits right now I have a 42 pilot 158 main needel on middle clip. My mods are FAST dune play port, 33 pwk's with k&N clampons coolhead vf3's +4 advance timing and shearers. my elevation is about 3000ft. Im just wondering what changes will need to be made? LS is about 1500 ft i believe.
