was riding my banshee all weekend and it was running perfect. then it started to sputter and it died on me. i restarted it and it didn't want to stay on. it stayed on and i tried to take off a little and it would act like it wasn't getting any gas and it would sputter and then it died so i got it towed back to the campsite. im thinking i fouled the plugs and if so how much gap is needed on the plugs for the banshees? ive only owned this banshee for about 5 months or so and this is first time i had to change the plugs

Thanks

The BR8ES comes factory with .028" gap. The factory gap is fine unless you have a heavy breather in which you will need to reduce gap to around .020".

heavy breather?

drag ported 350 with carbs or bigger. with that much A/F mixture hitting the plug, it can snuff the spark so the gap needs to be reduced on the OEM system. Basically because of a weak ass ignition system. with quality ignition upgrades, this should not be needed though.
