Bansheekid07 Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 do your self a big favor and buy an new one caz u dont want to go rideing and find a leak or get the one that is like metal kinda and that is resuable thats what i got. Quote
400rednEX Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 if it isn't ripped or have chunks missing you can reuse it. i've had mine apart a bunch of times. Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 I've seen friends re use old gaskets & never had a problem. I myself refuse to reuse the gaskets & always replace. I wouldn't want a $10 gasket to be the end of my riding day out in the desert. I'm actually taking that cover off soon so I'm ordering two gaskets, one for backup. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANS...1QQcmdZViewItem Quote
