i dont believe the carbs get that hot, regular spray paint shouldnt peel or bubble if you get it next to your motor either. so i say regular should be fine.

Why would you want to paint your carbs anyway? not trying to be a jackass, just curious

i think they would look good in red...

you dont think that they would look good... im open to all opinions

dont ever plan on selling them if you spray bomb them red , that would look awful

Pull off one of the carb bowls first, prep it, tape it off. The pick the color you want, and spray it. If it turns out good, then you can proceed to do the rest of the carbs. If not, youll have one polished carb bowl, lol. Doesnt hurt to try

im going to work on all my erformance mods... then worry about this stuff...

i think the red carbs would look mint with the red noss head..

Just remember, not all paints will stand up to gas, two stroke oil, and carb cleaner, so pick your paint carefully. Some of the engine paints, available at auto parts stores should work.

Buff them up a bit and spray them with metalcast, Temp and Gas resistant. use alot of thin coats, the first coar will not compleatly covers or add much color, but too much paint and it will run.

Good luck I don't think it would look bad either, but mine are always covered with gas oil and sand.

Since you're having all these tuning problems with your bike, I'd wait....seriously...

I've read and replied to your threads on E2S.

you're going to end up pulling your carbs apart, spilling gas on the paint, and it's gonna be a waste of time....

Wait till it's 100% tuned in right, then paint them.

I personally would get them polished rather than painted...that's just me.

And those carbs look powder coated, not painted...
