go ahead and give me some shit.. well im trying to help my buddy out. he has a 2006 yfz 450. it has a hmf pipe,no toil air filter(looked kinda like a uni) we are in south east ohio. any way he bought a dyno jet kit with the pipe and it only came with 1 main jet so i figure use that atleast.. the needle is in middle and the jet he has in it is a 34. problem: it will idle and runs awsome mid to high but down on the bottom it seems fat.if he blips the throttle a bit it will fart and choke and die. he also has the lid off. am i right its sounds like he could go down a jet? thanks for any help.. don russell

Make sure he did not put the carb slide in backwards, they will go in backwards and run like doo doo until you hit the upper mid range of the power band.
