WALLACE84 Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 If you have a chopped up frame with no vin, then you cant get a title. And you cant buy a title from someone because the vin wont match. Thats like buying a title to a silverado and using it for a camaro. Doesnt match Quote
