So you are getting perfect rims and almost perfect tires. Shipped to your door for $80.00 you would pay more than that just for the rims. Douglas red labels and Tiger shark paddles and the piece missing is very small at the very end of one paddle. These tires were up for sale before and guy never sent money. Will post on Ebay soon.
