06BaNsHeE Posted May 31, 2007 Report Posted May 31, 2007 I just got new bars again.There pro-taper 1 1/8 bars and they came with Scott grips.Well let me just say that the grips dont go in.I got one side in after spraying it with lots of wd-40.But this other side is giving me a hard as hell time.There grips for crying out loud lol is there any tricks to this?Im thinking maybe there the wrong grips or something :shrug: HELP lol I got all night long to put on grips on my new bars lol Quote
theshee Posted May 31, 2007 Report Posted May 31, 2007 Spray the inside of the grips with lots of hairspray. It makes it slick to go on, and dries and they wont come off. Works great! Quote
