Elka Shock Adjustment

First question, is there a special wrench to stiffen the springs? And second question, could I just use a big ass wrench and a rag to stiffen them up or do you think it would kill the annodizing?

On my elkas its just a little cylinder with a pin on the end which fits in the hole. I dont think i would use any sort of wrench on then. Just get a hold of elka im sure they can send you one for pretty cheap.
