Help building a complete engine

I am living overseas and wish to have a complete banshee engine/gearbox built and later shipped here (i can sort this bit out). I was after some recommendations please.

1. Good reliable engine builder? I would like a one stop shop that could also supply parts as well if possible.

2. Right configuration ( bike will run on aviation gas) . I would like to get the most power i can from the engine with the limitation of the fuel.

So if you guys could recommend the best cranks, cylinders, head, carbs, electrics, trans, clutch etc

 

Budget is not really a problem i just want it as fast as possible.
