johnp Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 How do you clean the exahaust pipe? Why is it important to clean banshee exhaust pipes? Because they have that snail shape and foreign material or liquid could accumulate at the bottom of the pipe? Thanks, John Quote
dajogejr Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Are you talking about the inside? I've never cleaned the exhaust pipe on any bike I've ever owned, two or four wheels. Closest I've come is repacking the silencers. Now...the outside, different story. Bling Bling... Quote
johnp Posted April 7, 2007 Author Report Posted April 7, 2007 Thats why I am asking, because I never cleaned the inside of exhaust pipes either. I thought the banshee has a special problem with dirty pipes on the inside. Quote

Thanks, John It's not important to clean the inside of your pipes if you are a recreational rider that does not have a huge amount of crap built up in your pipes. Quote
jmd0346 Posted April 8, 2007 Report Posted April 8, 2007 The only thing I could think of is if you're running really rich. Maybe some carbon or oil build up. Quote
