supercoop Posted March 17, 2007 Report Posted March 17, 2007 I have got some new renthal bars and I am using stock bar clamps. However when I have fitted them there is a small gap of about 5mm on each clamp. I have posted a pic for you to look at. Please can someone tell me why this is? Quote
woodro77 Posted March 17, 2007 Report Posted March 17, 2007 are the new bars fat bars without the cross brace (1 1/8 ) or are they stock size renthals ( 7/8 ) , fat bars wont fit in stock clamp. a little space is ok , i would tighten the front and back bolts down even , so there is a small space in front and back instead of just having space in the back (hard to explain ) Quote
