The Kaibab National Forest is continuing work on their Travel Management Plan route designation. The Forest Service (FS) is currently working on route identification for the Williams Ranger District. The City of Williams is sponsoring a Town Hall meeting to discuss the travel management project on the Williams Ranger District. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 18, 2007, and will begin at 6:00 pm at the Williams Elementary-Middle School auditorium on 7th Street. Resource specialists from the Kaibab National Forest will be on hand to take comments and answer questions. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but have comments or questions about the travel management project, please contact Chip Ernst at (928) 635-8317.
