front hood

i dont know about ne one else but i find it a real bitch to put the front plastic all on especially the rad. cover...is there anyway to solve this via. a aftermarket hood or just drilling own holes??? thanks

sounds like to me that your shee has been crashed and the hoop in front of the tank has been bent so the holes don't line up. Mine lines up everytime, same goes with my bros; perfect fit.
