clicking squealing sound coming from right ride of engine.

last weekend i noticed on 2 occasions a clicking and squealing sound comming from the right side of the motor. it only lasted for 10 seaconds each time. it didnt matter if i was in gear or neutal, clutch in or out, moving or at a stop.

 

i almost think it was comming from the waterpump area, but upon disassembly my waterpump looks perfect.

check the gear that goes btwn the kick starter arm and the clutch basket and make sure the clip is still there
