rusted pieces of metal?... its aluminum .... a company named "A&R" sold these things years back. It will work if you can keep it on (the spark plugs are the only thing holding it on) and use a good thermal compound...

sorry, still new to the realm of things with motors and watnot.

so u can re-use those things?? wat r they for?

to help cool the motor off more. like on air cooled bikes, the cyl have fins to help transfer the heat out and away from the motor helping it run cooler

They were intended to be a cheap way to nock off 5-10 degrees off your head temp.... but they had a lot problems vibrating the spark plugs loose...

Not sure which head company, but someone makes a banshee head with the fin design milled into the top head plate. To me would be much better than glueing those freakin sewer drain covers to your head.

Exactly what I was thinking.

But after seeing it, I'm thinking this guy needs to team up with the guy selling the variable depth sparkplugs being your sparkplugs won't be as far into the head when they have that heat sink sandwiched in there.

Its like 2 dumb ideas might be able to get together and make one really really dumb idea.
