I have a friend with a 2001 banshee, which has a broken front shock. I happen to have a 2003 Raptor 660 which I just put new front shocks on. I now have a spare raptor front shock which I'm going to give him. I would have had 2, but I actually had to ruin one of the shocks to get it off since the shock bolt was seized. Anyways, is the front shock from a 2003 raptor 660 the same as a front shock on a banshee?? Is it ok to have an OEM front shock on one side of the banshee, and the OEM front shock from the raptor 660 on the other side? Our only option is to mix and match them unfortunetely.
