rejett for timming?

I advanced my timing and it seems slower and my lights dont work could i have done something wrong?

You probably retarded the timing instead of advancing it. And...if the lights don't work, you didn't hook up a wire or two.

 

+4 is the norm. And ...usually you don't have to rejet for a timing advance if your jetting was correct before.

why does it feel at w.o.t. like a surge feels like it wants to go faster but somthing holding it back. idles fine solid through out the band except at w.o.t 18cc domes v force 3 pro x pistons hot rod crank welded trued fmf sst 111 f and l race gas oh ya 330 mains at 4300ft

You need to do a plug chop. 330 mains at 4300 feet is rich I'd bet...with or without the airbox.
