bent my steering stopper

i bent my steering stopper and im haveing trouble bending it back. any advice?

also do i need to reweld it after i bend it back or is it ok.

ok i had the same problem and i took a long pipe and put it on the back side of the stoper and hit it with a hamer. and i just welded it and sprayed some primer on it so it doesnt rust, but i only did that because im getting my frame pc this winter so you might think about getting it painted or pc.
