No its not worth it.It will make the transferrs smaller and there already a bottleneck.You will gain very little if any with bigbores and you would be better off with a good port job for a little more than the bigbore cost you could get a cub and see some real gains. helldriver Posted August 19, 2006 Report Posted August 19, 2006 i had vitos 404 big bore kit in my old shee, and the thing was far better than stock,, probably not nearly as good a cub or even a good ported motor, but i gave me more bottom end response, and was pretty good on the top too Quote

Showed me why they are not good . 1 , the transferport exhuasts : the walls are so thick that the flow is not as much as a normal cylnder .From the knowledge i gatherd, Its not so much about cc's and more about flow.
